Since opening in 2000, Power Ranch in the southeast valley, has indeed been a very popular place. There is a 10 acre Soccer complex, perfect for games and neighborhood get-togethers. The Barn and Trailside Community Park has a 7,000 sq. ft. clubhouse with an event lawn, a 2 acre catch and release lake and a resort style pool with fountains. With so many reasons to get together at these venues residents have a chance to meet each other and as such there is a close knit community feel in Power Ranch.

What is Going on Near Power Ranch?

There are delicious dining options which when coupled with a movie at the Harkins Theater make it a wonderful destination for a date night or a family night out.

Power Ranch is adjacent to Trilogy Golf Club, an 18 hole championship golf course with a putting green, driving range and pro shop. This golf course is so lovely, with the San Tan Mountains as the backdrop, it is frequently used as a wedding venue!

Mesa Gateway Airport is only a few miles north of Power Ranch – it is expanding and offers low-cost flights to a wide variety of destinations.

Power Ranch is close to the loop 202 – so reaching downtown Phoenix, Sky Harbor Airport and really the entire valley is easily accomplished.
